Desired Profile:

  1. Identify the business needs and get new clients along with maintaining good relationship with existing clients.
  2. Promote online sales by handling the business development team
  3. Handle new and existing agreements along with Renewal procedures
  4. Identify the opportunities to increase client satisfaction levels
  5. Maintain excellent understanding of our products and services to understand client needs
  6. Proactively contact clients and make sure taht all teh queries are addressed and solved with best quality of service to increase client satisfaction
  7. Maintain a database of client and Identify business processes that could be implemented or modified to enhance client satisfaction and reduce the risk of loss of clients
  8. Manage and ensure that applicable documents are generated and are in place throughout a sales cycle
  9. Provide customer service to existing accounts to generate repeat business
  10. Work with internal Finance team to assist in financial tracking of accounts
  11. Cultivate, manage, and grow client relationships in order to deliver excellent customer service and value to our clients -communicate with clients on a regular basis
  12. Manage and track client-related projects to include developing timelines, deliverables, and extensive communication; internally and externally
